BikiniBOD Review

Dietary supplements are found everywhere these days. From supermarkets to drugstores to even your local tea shop. What makes them so popular?

Here’s my review on one that I’ve seen everywhere on instagram: BikiniBOD.

The BikiniBOD pill uses plant derivatives which help to burn fat, suppress appetites as well as enhance healthy hair, skin and nails. This all-in-one formula is 100% vegan, gluten, soy and dairy free. One bottle contains 60 capsules which can last you anywhere from 120 days to 30 days depending on your usual caffeine intake.

When I first received my bottle, I was a bit skeptical as I’ve never used a dietary supplement before but I’ve heard so much about BikiniBOD. Upon opening the bottle it smelled like herbs; great. Because I don’t usually consume caffeine, I was instructed to take half a pill a day. This is no easy task! This required me to skillfully remove the top half of the veggie capsule and remove half of the powder… all whilst trying not to make a mess! Very difficult. I soon got annoyed by this and did what was not recommended: take the entire pill.

By about the 3rd week of taking the supplements, I did not notice a huge difference in terms of my weight/measurements. What I did notice though was that my bloating was gone and I was more hungry throughout the day. (Less larger meals, more smaller meals!) Also, I think because of taking the supplement, I made more healthy choices which complimented the course. I’ve noticed my hair has gotten longer and strong since starting the bottle!

I’m still not done my bottle and will keep continuing. I hope that by the end of it, I will see results just in time to fit in a pretty dress for the holiday season!
