Firmoo Glasses Review

I’ve been wearing glasses for the past few years and had been wearing old metal frames that weren’t really showing off my personality. I was recently contacted by Firmoo to review a pair of their glasses to try out. Since I need my glasses for distance and only wear them when necessary, I figured I’d test out a pair.

Picking glasses is a very personal thing as it can become synonymous to one’s personality and I was quite wary of ordering online. I’ve never ordered glasses online and I wasn’t sure what to expect, nor did I know how the quality or shipping circumstances were going to be. Luckily, Firmoo made it easy to virtually “try-on” the glasses and see what it would look like on my face.

Virtual Try-on

I measured my pre-existing glasses to get a feel of how large the frame was on my face (how wide it was, and how large the lenses were) and went from there. I’d suggest going to a store if you don’t already have glasses! Through the virtual try-on process, I was able to wear a variety of glasses and see which frame I liked best. Since I was looking for a pair to wear daily, I wanted something that wasn’t too fashion forward yet still displayed my personality.

Shipping

From the time that the order was placed to the time that I received the package was quite fast! I had Express Courier Service and received my glasses shortly after it was shipped! When I received the frames, they arrived in a bubble-wrapped envelope sleeve which made me feel uneasy. Were my glasses going to be OK? Thankfully, the glasses were inside of a case which held up fairly well!

Thoughts?

The glasses arrived safely and fit me so well! I was so pleased with them that I’ve actually ended up retiring my old pair and have completely replaced them with these ones. The new pair fit my personality perfectly and didn’t make me feel dizzy the first few days of wearing them like some glasses do. I’ve gotten many compliments saying that my new pair look great and I’m very satisfied with Firmoo! They even included a mini satchel of glasses repair necessities which may come in handy down the road.

I ended up picking up a pair of glasses in the style #FRM8815 shade Black, Blue glasses (C80). Although a little more fragile than my previous metal frames, I’ve not yet had any issues! Made from memory plastic, apparently this material has the ability to return from a deformed state (a temporary shape!) to the original shape if induced by something such as temperature change… I haven’t tested it out yet, but it’s nice to know that the material is fairly durable!

I love that Firmoo offers a great discount on quality glasses as not everyone can afford them without insurance coverage! In addition, if you’re fashion forward and love to have a matching pair for different outfits, this is definitely the site for you! With the top end eyeglasses at $39.00, you can’t go wrong!
