I don’t know about you, but I love me some eye palettes!! I definitely own way more eye palettes than I need… The Mary Kay Limited Edition Pure Dimensions Eye Palettes are no exception! With three limited edition eye palettes from the Winter 2016 collection, each one features beautiful 3D designs in 4 gorgeous shades. From neutrals to smoky shades to more bold colours… there’s a palette for everyone.

Pure Dimensions Review

These Limited Edition Pure Dimensions Eye Palettes ($46 CAD each) are from the Winter 2016 collection and are a great gift for the holiday season! They’re extremely finely milled (they feel like silk!) and have great pigmentation. Since you don’t usually hear too much about Mary Kay makeup, I was surprised at how great the colour choice was and how much pigmentation each shade had. If you’re going for a more natural look, you can use it straight from the pan but for those that want some extra sparkle, feel free to spritz some setting spray on your brush for a more amplified and metallic look. Look for an upcoming post on an eye look that features both!

The palettes come in a variety of colours and are great for a soft daytime look or for something a little more bold for nighttime. There are three different palettes: Maui Gardens, Moroccan Dunes and Paris Starlight. My favourite is actually the dreamy, romantic look that Moroccan Dunes has… the neutrals with a hint of pink are definitely calling my name!

Honestly speaking, when I first saw these palettes… only the Moroccan Dunes caught my eye and had me thinking I would reach for it more often than the other two. Turns out, I’ve actually caught myself reaching for the Maui Gardens palette the most! I am in love with the gold and brown in that palette and I can never get enough of army greens. All of the colours in each of the palettes go beautifully together and I’ll be sure to wear these often during the holidays!
