How to style floral print boots

Polyvore Spring Style

I am by no means a fashionista. I’m probably the most far from it. If it’s comfy, I’ll wear it… probably even if it looks like a potato sack. In all honesty though, I have gotten so much better with my fashion sense. Trust me! That’s why I mainly turn to Polyvore for fashion inspiration. Polyvore has a great community of people with good fashion sense and it makes it so easy to see exactly how to pair those crazy shoes you bought to different clothes you never thought would match!

I recently purchased these gorgeous Nanette Lepore booties but wasn’t exactly sure how to style them. Usually, if I don’t know how to style things… I just don’t purchase them. There was something different about these dark floral boots though… I had to have them! They looked versatile, but I had no idea how to make them work. This is where I turned to Polyvore.

How To Get The Polyvore Spring Style

So, you want to use Polyvore to style clothes as well? I don’t blame you. When I want to get inspiration from any given fashion item, I like to click on the “Styling Ideas” tab below the product. This gives me fashion ideas from other users from a range of styles. As you can see, there is no one way to style these boots. You can style them with a dress, pants, shorts… you name it, you can do it. Although these boots also have floral print on them, that doesn’t mean that they have to be paired with girly clothes either. You can go with whatever style you like! Nanette Lepore has beautiful designs and I wanted them to be featured. The boots were styled using the above set giving the them a more laid-back style but features both the boots and purse front and center.

I like to utilize Polyvore in my styling so it also gives me a new perspective on how to style certain articles of clothing. I often get comfy with my own style and get lazy. This way, Polyvore gives me an alternative look on how to style and not get stuck in a fashion rut.
