Weleda Arnica Massage Oil – This warming body oil helps to soothe sore muscles and ease any muscle aches that are caused by overuse or exercise. The Arnica Massage Oil has a nice light scent of lavender and rosemary to help calm and relax.

Pro Tip: Arnica Flower Extract has been found to alleviate pain, inflammation & swelling of muscles and joints in rheumatoid arthritis as well as other inflammatory conditions. (source)

Weleda Sea Buckthorn Creamy Body Wash – This biodegradable and pH-balanced body wash gently cleans and softens the skin without harsh surfactants (great for sensitive skin!). This brightly scented body wash is infused with grapefruit, mandarin and orange essential oils. Also formulated with sesame seed oil, it helps with parched, dry skin too!

Weleda Skin Food – For nourishing dry, rough skin from head to toe, Skin Food is great for anyone with eczema. I sometimes get breakouts of eczema and this is a great natural alternative to steroid creams. The essential fatty acids and vitamin E found in sunflower oil helps with alleviating the dryness on elbows, heels, whatever! I’ve heard so much about Skin Food and I now know why!

Weleda Salt Toothpaste – This sea salt and baking soda toothpaste is formulated to help gently whiten and clean teeth naturally. Although it says SALT right on the packaging, I don’t think I was prepared with how salty the product actually was. I was surprised when I used it but eventually grew to tolerate the taste. The toothpaste helps protect plaque buildup and I still had that same smooth feeling on my teeth!
